She began her real estate career at 19, flipping homes and developing a passion that led to over a decade of experience in investing, lending, and project management. Known as the “Investors’ Go-To Agent,” Jenarda has managed fix-and-flip, buy-and-hold, and luxury renovation projects across California, Ohio, and Georgia—including multimillion-dollar transformations.

Mario has been in property management as a leasing consultant, regional manager, and is also a realtor.  He has extensive sales knowledge and loves working with his clients accomplish their real estate goals.
